Mary Ann Cottle joined Shore Coaching in 2022 and serves as the team’s Director of Operations, partnering closely with the leadership team to oversee many pieces of business operations—including planning, research, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects—to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of company goals.

She is also an executive coach on the Shore Team and is certified through Growth Coaching International. She also received her CDR Assessment certification in 2024. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with her clients and coming alongside them as they reach their professional goals.

Mary Ann is a graduate from UGA’s Terry College of Business. She previously worked as an executive recruiter for the University of Georgia’s in-house search group and worked to bring top talent to the university. She has also worked extensively in customer service in the property management industry.
